Seda International Packaging Group
The Group comprises thirteen operating companies across Europe and in North America, all coordinated by the holding company Seda International Packaging Group.
Its headquarter is based in Italy where all the key corporate function sit, including the R&D and Sustainability Corporate Center.
Seda Italy
Founded in Arzano (Naples) in 1964.
Seda Italy is now the largest company in the Group and is equipped with all the technologies deployed across the Group, acting as a hub for the development of new products and operating processes.
Seda Germany
Seda Germany joined the Seda Group in 1986, following the acquisition of Fränkische Hartpapier GmbH FHG, one of the leading German paper companies and is located in Neuhaus an der Pegnitz, near Nuremburg. Seda Germany serves the Catering / Food Service and Food Industry sectors.
Seda UK
Seda UK joined the Seda Group in 1986.
Its facilities are located in Blackwood, South Wales, and produce packaging for the Catering / Food Service and Food Industry sectors.
Seda Ibérica
Seda Ibérica joined the Seda Group in 1991, following the acquisition of Novembal, a company founded in 1955. Located in Portugal, near Lisbon it mainly produces folding cartons for the Catering / Food Service and Food Industry sectors, as well as Non-Food industries.
Seda North America
Seda North America was founded in 2011 in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. Seda NA makes packaging for the Catering / Food Service & Food Industry sectors.
