We’re delighted to announce that Seda Iberica has been awarded Great Place to Work Certification at first attempt, making it the third company in our Group to achieve the distinction, following Seda UK earlier this year and Seda North America in 2023, which requalified with many improved key scores in 2024.

The Seda Group is very proud of Seda Iberica for establishing this fantastic run of achievements. Because this prestigious certification by the global authority on workplace culture recognises our success in building an inclusive workplace that unlocks high levels of team collaboration, innovation and financial performance.

The results of the confidential survey speak for themselves with 78% of team members choosing to participate and 71% of our Seda Iberica colleagues finding Seda a Great Place to Work.

The very high scores for Safety, Diversity and Inclusion, Sense of Community and Sense of Value were equally impressive. A massive 86% of respondents affirmed that “When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride,” while 91% agreed “I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community”.

This is a fantastic collective achievement that confirms the quality of our management team’s work, together with our colleagues commitment and determination to continuously improve together, living Seda’s mission, values and ethics to make a significant difference for our customers, communities and the planet.
